With the BEEZER® you are able to enjoy perfectly chilled beverages within minutes. Neither a freezer nor a refrigerator is that fast, because they need 10 or even 20 times longer to cool a beverage. You not only save a lot of space but also energy. „On-demand" cooling only consumes electricity when the cooling of a beverage is actually taking place. This is how you use the BEEZER®
Thanks to the intuitive user interface of the BEEZER® with an LED ring and four buttons, the settings can be adjusted in a particularly user-friendly way. First, the bottle size is selected, then the refrigeration temperature. Finally, whether the rotation should be activated or not. The respective selection is indicated by the LED ring.

The technology - how it works
The technology is based on a specially developed process. A worldwide patent has been applied for. The BEEZER® is ready for use after a one-off pre-cooling phase of approx. 10 minutes. Thanks to efficient compressor technology and a circulating air system, cold air of below -30 degrees Celsius is used. Once the cooling process begins, the air flows around the bottle extremely quickly and coldly, extracting the thermal energy from the beverage - forced convection. The bottle rotates during the cooling process, which enables particularly homogeneous cooling.

Chilling wine to the perfect drinking temperature is no problem with the BEEZER®. Thanks to the specially developed technology, the wine is cooled in a short but particularly gentle way by only circulating ice-cold air around the bottle. No additional aids are needed to cool the wine. After just six minutes, a 0.75 litre wine bottle is cooled to 9°C - perfect for a good white wine. As the cooling can be adjusted individually, the cooling time, the bottle size and the rotation can be adapted to the respective wine. As a rule of thumb for well-chilled wine, the following temperatures can be used as a guide:
Sparkling wine 5° - 7°C
White wine 8° - 14°C
Rosé wine 10° - 14°C
Red wine 12° - 18°C

The BEEZER® cools between 2 and 4 degrees per minute depending on the size and nature of the bottle. The number of minutes can either be selected via predefined programmes, but can also be controlled individually.
No, like your oven, the BEEZER® needs a one-off pre-cooling period of approx. 10 minutes after switching on to achieve optimum cooling results. After this pre-cooling, however, you can use the BEEZER® without interruption.
No, if you do not chill the bottle several times in a row in the BEEZER®, it cannot burst.
No. Drinks foam when they are opened, especially if there has previously been an input of energy, such as shaking the bottle. The rotation we use in the BEEZER® does away with this and ensures that the carbon dioxide remains dissolved in the liquid. By cooling the drinks with the BEEZER®, you even improve the solubility of carbonic acid, as this is higher in cold liquids than in warm ones.
Basically, all bottles with a maximum length of 360 mm and a maximum diameter of 95 mm fit into the BEEZER®. This means that although two wine bottles cannot be placed in the BEEZER® together, two cans can.
The BEEZER® has a power consumption of approx. 250 watts during the cooling process, in standby the power consumption is significantly reduced and hardly any power is consumed when the unit is switched off. The optimal insulation of the cooling chamber keeps energy consumption as low as possible.
