The serrated circular blade with a diameter of 19 cm is made of stainless steel and is suitable for fine slicing in everyday use. The serrated edge ensures that the blade glides effortlessly through hard crusts, such as bread, fruit and vegetables, without crushing them. It can also be used for soft food.
The knife is supplied in a storage box.
When ordering, please pay close attention to the size and shape of the knife and the color of the cogwheel. The size & shape of the old knife and the color of the old gear wheel must match the size, shape and color of the ordered knife.
Please also check the drive wheel. If this is worn, we strongly recommend replacing it, as a worn drive wheel can lead to faster wear of the gear wheel.
