Product information "Smooth ham- and sausage circular blade with white gear"
The smooth ham- and sausage circular blade with a diameter of 19 cm is made of stainless steel and is suitable for fine slicing in everyday use. The knife is particularly suitable for soft products such as ham, salami or cheese. This knife is not suitable for baked goods, especially bread.
The knife is supplied in a storage box.
When ordering, please pay close attention to the size and shape of the knife and the color of the cogwheel. The size & shape of the old knife and the color of the old gear wheel must match the size, shape and color of the ordered knife.
Please also check the drive wheel. If this is worn, we strongly recommend replacing it, as a worn drive wheel can lead to faster wear of the gear wheel.
